| IMPORTANT NOTE
ABOUT OVERDRAFT PROTECTION: There is a $20 charge per
item for non sufficient funds that will not be waived. Any
items presented for payment that exceed the $300 limit may be
returned and an insufficient items charge of $20 will apply.
Account holder has 15 days to make a deposit to cover any overdraft.
I f a deposit is not made to bring the account to a positive balance
within the 15 day period, overdraft protection privileges may be
revoked and the account will be subject to the same charges and
terms of our Regular checking account.**. If a deposit is not
made to cover your overdraft within 30 days the account may be
closed and reported as a non paying account to credit agencies.
**Regular checking accounts have a monthly service charge of
$8.50 if the average balance falls below $500.00. There are no
overdraft privileges on the account. Printed check fees depend
on style of check ordered. |
